Return Policy for Knives
We are certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. All knives carry a 7-day inspection period from the delivery date.
If for some reason the merchandise is damaged, defective, or you’re unhappy with your purchase within the 7-day inspection period contact us. Returned merchandise must be exactly in the same condition as it was shipped to you with all packaging, documentation, and materials. We strongly advise that your return includes full insurance, adequate packaging, and signature confirmation. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
